Do you want to know which are the best tablets under 100 dollars? They are those perfect tablets to consume online content or to give our young children as a gift.
They are tablets for under 100 dollars, perfect for all those who do not want to perform very intensive tasks and who simply need them to surf the internet, check email and play a little during your free time.
We have found three models of tablets with 7 and 8-inch screens that cost under 100 USD and their performance is very good. If you want a tablet with a 10 ″ screen, it may be worth spending a little more.
Best Tablets Under $100
1. Amazon Fire Tablet 7 ″
- 7 ″ IPS display with 1024 × 600 resolution (171 dpi)
- Quad-core 1.3GHz processor
- With integrated speaker and microphone
- 8GB of storage expandable up to 256GB with microSD
- VGA front camera, 2 MP rear camera with 720p HD video recording
- Dual band WIFI
- 8 hours of battery life
- SO Fire (Android based)
- Dimensions: 192 x 115 x 9.6 mm
- Weight: 295 grams
We already discussed it last year. It is not the perfect tablet, but it is the one with the best quality price of all that we will see. It is a perfect model for the little ones in the house. Your child may have a tablet that you will not mind if it ends up breaking due to how cheap it is. It uses the Fire OS OS and is very integrated with the Amazon ecosystem.
This tablet still has a 7-inch IPS screen, but now it is a bit sharper and has a 1.3GHz chipset from MediaTek. The battery life is about eight hours in mixed use. The cheapest version still has 8GB, but you can expand the storage using microSD cards, and there is a slightly more expensive 16GB option.
It’s rough and heavy, but it’s perfect for consuming content. It is not very complicated to install the Google Play Store to access all the apps that this online store has, and you can even install an app launcher from this store to customize its screen if you do not like the one presented by Amazon. For less than 100 dollars you will not find anything better right now.
2.Huawei Mediapad T3 – 7 Inch Tablet
- 7-inch IPS touch screen with a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels
- Quad-Core processor up to 1.3 GHz (4xA7@1.3 GHz)
- 1 GB of RAM
- 8 GB storage
- 3100 mAh battery
- 2 Mp rear camera and 2 Mp front
- Android 6 Marshmallow + EMUI 4.1 Lite Operating System
- Weight: 249 grams
A really cheap model that usually costs below 90 dollars. This model does have a purer Android OS than what Amazon offers us. It has an SD card slot, and possibly the only bad thing it has is that the sound is not spectacular, only passable. It has a good performance and is perfect for playing all kinds of video games. The design and manufacturing are quite good for its low price. It is usually priced less than 90 dollars.
3.Amazon Fire HD 8 ″
- 8 ″ screen with 1,280 x 800px resolution (189 dpi)
- Up to 10 hours of battery
- 1.5 GB of RAM
- SO Fire OS
- 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processor
- Dual band WIFI
- 8 or 16GB of storage + microSD card up to 400 GB
- 2 MP rear camera with which you can take photos and record 720p HD videos.
- Dimensions: 214 x 128 x 9.7 mm
- Weight: 363 grams
Amazon’s new tablet model is still very cheap, about 100 dollars in its 16GB version and its features somewhat better than the one offered by the Fire.
Its speakers are really good and the only truly poor thing this tablet has is its screen resolution, which falls short. The cameras are not even mentioned (very just, but who uses these cameras having the cell phone?).
A slightly more complete option for a price of laughter. It is worth having a slightly larger screen if you are going to watch movies. You have access to apps like Netflix, Facebook and Spotify. The same as with the simplest model: the Google Play Store can be installed easily.
Cheap Tablet: Its Advantages and Disadvantages
The rise of Asian tablets is due, in large measure, to the increase in their quality and the reduction in their prices. However, there are still those who question these devices against those of more prestigious manufacturers, such as Samsung, Lenovo, Apple or Huawei. So which one to choose? An expensive model or a more affordable one? Let’s see its advantages and disadvantages:

|Suitable for basic games.||Heavy games can hang.|
|Many offer 3G and 4G connectivity.||They do not usually incorporate the latest version of Android.|
